Abstract

1988. Antalya Bus Terminal. A thirteen-year-old girl, alone, boards the bus to İzmir. No one in her immediate family has graduated from university. There is no map, and no role model to follow. Nearly forty years later, she has been a partner at Accenture and IBM, delivering technology transformations across more than twenty-five countries, led a retail transformation now taught as a case at Harvard Business School, and founded an AI startup factory for one of Türkiye's oldest and largest banks - often as the only woman, or the only foreigner, at the table. Timeless Intelligence began as a letter to her two sons. It became a guide for anyone standing at a threshold: a first job, a new role, a world where AI can write the report and the presentation too.
