Özet
The literature on inter-basin water transfers (IBWT) draw attention to environmental, social, hydrological, engineering, and management challenges for water transfer projects in various parts of the globe. Based on established criteria for IBWT in the literature, this paper evaluates the local and transboundary impacts of the Kura-Çoruh transfer project in the northeast of Turkey.
