Introduction Changes in lifestyles, advancing technology, varying needs of individuals, and many such factors have led to changes in consumers' decision-making and buying choices, and consumer behaviors will change day by day. There are models that benefit from each other or differentiate at certain points in order to explain consumer buying behavior. In addition to traditional models trying to explain consumer behaviors, there are also contemporary models. The Nicosia model, Howard - Sheth model, Engel - Kolat - Blackwell model, Bettman information processing model, Sheth - Newman - Gross model, and all models, which are classified as modern models, have similar features that are embodied in the model itself or are in some stages of the models. These characteristics are seen as the basic stages of how consumer behavior develops and how these behaviors are expressed. There are six key stages based on explaining consumer buying behavior, including the post-purchase stage.
